Due to the nature of our training. It is crucial for all students to exercise safety at all times. The cumulative training that is offered in the system of Tang Jitsu will encompass many aspect of striking (knees, elbows, fists, shins, ect.) and a great variety of submissions. Understanding this, all students must understand the potential for injury. All students must maintain a high level of personal hygiene. Please refrain from training in the event of any sickness, cold. Flu, rash, infection, ect. If and when you are caught in a submission hold, it is the responsibility of the student who is caught in the hold to tap on their partner, themselves, the mat, or issue a verbal tap. Those who fail to observe this rule will be asked to remove themselves from the training program. All submission holds will be applied in a controlled manner.

Tuesday: 5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Karate All-Stars (Ages 3-8)
Tuesday: 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. - Karate
Tuesday: 7:15 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Tang Jitsu
Thursday: 5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Karate All-Stars (Ages 3-8)

Conduct
- Courtesy and good sportsmanship must be displayed at all times.
- No foul language or vulgarity will be tolerated.
- No form of sexual harassment will be tolerated.
- More advanced and/or stonger students must be charitable towards less advanced/strong students by not causing them any unnecessary discomfort, injury, or embarassment.
- Failure to adhere to these rules may be grounds for permanent removal from the class.

The following techniques are not permitted
- Eye gouging
- Hair pulling
- Throat grabbing or striking
- Groin strikes
- Strikes to the side of knee
- No slamming
- No strikes to back of head or spine
- Any other techniques deemed unsafe by the instructor
Approved Training Clothing
- Board shorts with drawstring
- Martial arts style pants (any questions, ask instructor)
- T-shirts (it may get ripped or stretched)
- Rash guards / Under Armour
Unsuitable Training Clothes
- Sweatpants and shorts without drawstring
- Any clothing with exposed zipper or buttons
- Anything excessively baggy
All clothing must be freshly laundered prior to training.
